For your charge method the billing address must match your stealth account. I have many CC's and I do so as the need arises (hopefully my credits okay).

Does the phone number have to be changed as well for the CC? Does this correlate with the billing address? So far I have been doing this.

no the phone number has nothing to do with adding a CVV to the account (or any other credit/debit card for that matter).
