If you use fba is it impossbile to get banned/restricted

Hi everyone,

Just a quick question I have a amazon account that is legit.

If I sell on fba does that mean I don't run the risk or negative feedback or my account being restricted. since fba is the one fulfilling everything.

so if I buyer tries to lie or make something up amazon will know because they fulfilled it?

No, you won't get negative for delivery, but they can still leave negative about the product. Also if the items are foofoo FBA wont protect you.

For other things you can still get negative reviews.

so like If I put it was in very good condition and amazon received it and it was in good condtion but someone wrote a negative review saying bad feedback and it was in bad condition, amazon would back the buyer?

Amazon do not inspect every item that they send out (as far as I am aware....)

Amazon are not going to have knowable of exactly what the condition of your item is when they send it

Amazon dont inspect your inventory unless they receive bad feedback from customers about your product.
