I need vcc to update my current seller account. I have tried the market place and all of them said they are not selling vcc at this time or their vcc only use to create account, not updating the existence account. Help please.

all of his posts are for ebay and paypal....My accounts are Amazon. still no one selling vcc with the bin number in USA?

Absolutely, you can. But according to other topics that you have posted, I know you're not a U.S resident or maybe you're an international student. Please don't tell me you're a U.S citizen or you just got your 2-yr green card because there is no way you can prove it.

Also, back to the topic:

If you are a US citizen, then most likely you have real US credit cards. You can use them for passing Amazon AVS (name and address mismatch is OK, as long as credit card number and expiry date are correct). <== this "trick" only works with REAL cards.

Yes, I can certainly provide a working VCC for CC info update, new accounts and etc. :)

i have a credit card of capital one bank but it doesn't work with mismatch address, i already tried it. Thank you anyway, i found the vcc supplier and English is not my first language since i just move to the USA recently ( legally of course ).
