Amazon keep asking to update the vcc whenever it disbursement
 

MY amazon account keep asking for me to update the vcc whenever it disbursement. i re-add the vcc again and the account went back to normal and the disbursement day reset to 7 days. 7 days later, the problem happened again, help please. Did Amazon just update the AVS system?

The problem seems to be the card on the account, try adding your own card

i always keep 10$ in the card. It's shop safe by bank of america and if Amazon did not charge test it, should they allow me to add it? since i added it already without problem.

Try a different issuing bank card, seems like that one is causing issues

already tried to put my real credit card in, still get the problem. It's fine when i add the real credit card, i can confirm order, answer buyers,.... But when i press manual disbursement, the problem continue. Is Amazon's glitching right now or it's just me?
