Creating Multiple Seller accounts and brands
 

Have used the combo of virtual machines + VPN to safely create tons of amazon seller accounts but now I am in need of different registered brands.

I only have one brand now up for the last two years and everything is going well but now I need to create a second brand on one of my other seller accounts which are totally not related (address, phone number, email, ein) but wanted to know if It was safe to use the same brand owner (my company) or if i should put it in another company or persons name...thank you

They want to see a trademark registration nowadays, don't they?

Yes they do, but does it matter if its in the same persons name? Is this something amazon will actually check?

All different accounts would be in different names, phone numbers, email, bank accounts, etc

But I wanted to trademark under the same company

virtual machines + VPN; I am very curious as to how to use this combo with Amazon to create accounts. After being suspended I realize that I have become complacent and allowed tech changes to pass me by. Its time to go back to school, and re learn stealth accounts. I am a text book seller who played by the rules, while my competitors did not. I ending up being royally screwed over by Amazon players much bigger then myself. I guess its time to go to the dark side a bit. It seems playing by the rules doesn't get you anything but loss of income.
Anyway, just venting a bit. If anyone has any useful into about VM & VPN please let me know.
BTW...its been quite a few years since I was routinely in this forum. Its nice to see its still up and well.

Since the trademark database is online available for anyone, it'll take them like 5 minutes to see that you ain't the TM owner. I seen AMZ going through a lot more hassle for less. So I could imagine they will check.

I am wanting to use a VM also, but I prefer VirtualBox over VMWare, is using VMWare mandatory...if so I will have to make the change.
