Default Amazon Shipping

Im trying to list items on Amazon but i cant figure out how to post my own shipping methods. All i keep getting are the amazon default shipping credits but i see other sellers set their own shipping prices and i cant seem to figure it out. Any help would be great. Thanks!!

Those sellers are verified by amazon to list their own items and determine ship costs. You need to be some sort of amazon big wig to do it.

Maybe they were approved, somehow. Amazon often doesn't tell you when you need approval for something and they won't tell you how to qualify.

^^^correct. The sellers may well have had approval & no FB does not count as an exclusion. Look at how ebay treats sellers. Amazon are similar.

i think the pro merchants are the ones who can do this feature..not individuals. you pay $40 a month for pro.

It has nothing to do with the Pro Merchant account.
It has to do with being approved by Amazon.
I run 3 amazon accounts.
1 Regular account and I can not set my shipping.
1 Pro Merchant account and I can not set my shipping.
1 Pro Merchant Business Account with the approval of listing in the Apparel Category and a SKU exception.
THIS account I can set my own shipping matrix.
It took me 2 weeks of talking to Amazon Rep. to get approved and get my exception.
The Rep called our office to make sure we were a real business.

I am pretty sure that the Business Account part has a little to do with setting my own shipping cost.

ahh..that makes sense. i knew it was something along those lines because I notice it is only with the sellers who seem to use their own SKU's.
