hello i have problem on my individual amazon account
.
i not have problem on my ip or anything

i need method to open my account for this error
i received this email from AVS AMAZON

They don't like you because Amazon Gift Cards are the #1 way of using fraudulently obtained funds. Hence Amazon requesting information regarding the origin of the gift card.

It's not always because of it being blacklisted.

It could be that this is your *first* purchase on Amazon using a gift card. They just want to ascertain this is a genuine transaction as they know little about you.

If you build up some sales history first with your own bank card for example, then use a gift card, you won't encounter such issues.

and i have 4 orders before this

You can tell them it was paid for by cash (they should be able to tell the form of tender used from their side). It would then be at their discretion whether to let it go or not.

1. Are you the original owner of the giftcard?
2. Even buy it with cash, you still get the receipt right?
3. How many order did you place already?
4. How many order already completed?
5. Is the shipping address different or all the same?

^^ I was going to bring up point #2. Even a cash purchase at a brick-and-mortar store would have a receipt. They want you to prove you aren't using stolen funds.

Seems the OP has disposed of it, or lost it - either way they don't have it so need a solution for the predicament they're in right now.

As mentioned above it's your gift card, this does not mean it's genuine of you paid cash and then on new account many orders
If you unable to provide what they asking for then kiss your account

Is this a stealth buyers account? If so, just move on and make another account (and at the same time keep contacting Amazon and get them to allow you to redeem the funds on your card).

This time of year, expect lots of generic responses. You may need to contact them a few times. Their customer services seem way more busy this year than ever before.

Now you saying account is locked. Why don't you accept this was ***** gift card, if you purchased from store ring them they will send you copy by email what's the issue

Simple advice for you Account is done your money is gone
Unless you can prove what the asking from you which I believe you can't

i think . if i add good (avs creditcard) in account, This problem(receipt) was not created.. and if account is locked again .
i send info about avs card to this team and my account is reinstate
becuase i added prepaid card in amazon account . after 5-6orders with AGC my account is locked and they ask for my card info to verify my account. and i said this card is not debit and you cant verify this card
. after all this . i received email from amazon about receipt of amazon gift card

You cannot transfer funds between Amazon accounts.

Read the Amazon Ghost Guide to get a grip on how to make a new buyers account without causing them to link (p.s. the guide is aimed at sellers, but a little outdated so should suffice for buyers).

RE: Receipt - It would be too difficult for you to get it now if you paid via cash. You'd need to know the date/time (exact) of purchase. Then you need to hope the store you purchased from is willing to go out of their way to help you.

If the amount is insignificant, learn from your mistakes and just move on.

For buying account best to use your own card, you can get good vcc from forum but you can't use to pay for purchase

If the account is important then I would prob go buy a new giftcard and photoshop the receipt for the date and time you purchased it.

you only need real receipt of amazon gift card
if you not have , kiss your account and money . and going to create new account

no receipt==closed account lifetime
