Amazon Two-Step-Verification: Another ⊗⊗⊗⊗ Deadline?

I accidentally left out one of my many accounts in setting up 2-step, and today I noticed that this account did not have trouble at all.

I am still able to log into the account without 2-step.

Despite all the warning of "interruption" if one does not set it up by Nov 1, it now looks like Amazon has postponed the enforcement again.

I noticed the same thing on some accounts but some it forced two step to proceed

They could still be enforcing it just taking a slower approach to do it to all users
