IP Complaint Dispute.

Hey Guys,

One of my accounts received a IP complaint and has since been suspended.

Unfortunatley the legit supplier has filed this complaint as they believed my pricing was below the MSRP (it wasnt).
I bought the stock from the Legit Manufacturer, I have invoices and authorization letters from the manufacturer also. The IP complaint email I received said the reason was for trademark.

Does this clasify as a False IP complaint? If so how easy is it getting these reversed through the Notice email address.

Thanks Guys,
Gary

Already did that, they arent replying.

So is it a false IP complaint if the pricing is below the MSRP?

What is the company policy against "pricing below the MSRP"? Is selling at/above MSRP an obligation or recommendation?

Companies have a rule and each rule differs from another.

Some only wants you to sell at MSRP not below, Some allows 5-20% below MSRP but not more. If you want to sell more than MSRP they won't care.

This is the retail business standard and some companies will actively hunt down online sellers.

Thats fine i dont mind those rules, my issue lies with the IP complaint was issued as a trademark infringement.
