Will Changing Bank Account on Amazon US Trigger Verification
 

Hi Guys,

For some reason my Nationwide Bank Account will no longer receive funds from my Amazon.Com Account. Amazon have said the funds are being returned. Nationwide are saying no funds have been received. I had this issue before with Amazon.It where funds wouldn't be received to a Nationwide account.

If I change bank info will it trigger verification? I know for the UK it will but unsure about USA.

It can trigger verification possibly, but it will for sure run through an automatic amazon account review.

Changing any personal information does that.

Automatic amazon review means if you've previously messed up on your account and access the store with a bad IP, your account will get linked at this point. Anything wrong you've done on an account typically comes out at an automatic review point (which is triggered by changing/updating any account information)

Nope. I have tried this without a problem. Amazon require you to verify the current bank account to change to new bank account.

No ,Ive done it a few times and had no issue with it.
