What to sell?

So what should I sell without getting a new account suspended?

I opened an account 5 days ago and it was suspended on day 3 for selling a used Linksys switch for $8.00. Amazon asked for a receipt, I didnt have one so I made it up from newegg and they suspended the account

No idea why they asked for a receipt for this item

Question now is what should I sell on the new account?

Should I just go to the dollar store and buy **** and keep the receipt to send to them if they do ask until the review period is over? Can I drop ship? I work at a library can I sell the books they are throwing out?

Just do not want to waste another business account as they add up quickly

Any thoughts here would be appreciated

Research is key - all your ideas are possible even though dropshipping can be risky if you aren't sure of your supplier and quality.

Many threads have great ideas - read more on the forums. I wouldn't expect to find killer specific business ideas because, well, those that are profitable are kept pretty close to the owners for logical reasons...no one wants to create competition :FF:

Re: What to sell?

But how do I prevent Amazon from asking for receipts if selling stuff from around the house?

Are electronics more likely to raise an amazon flag and to prompt for proof of purchase?

Re: What to sell?

I sell text books. I've been suspended from Amazon, for unrelated reasons. I sell both International Editions and USA Editions. Been at it a very long time, and am fully aware of the in and outs of selling online. I sell all the major book sites and play things very close to my vest. There is money to be made drop shipping, but you would need to find a reliable source. Depending on how scrupulous you are there is also a grey market which is very lucrative. Amazon is far and away the biggest venue of books. Do some homework and you'll make some money.
