Suspended but items still selling?

Hi,

Been suspended due to related accounts ( I have since purchased Amazon Ghost, so THAT wont be happening again!)
However, my items are still selling on other european marketplaces. Two items have sold today on Amazon.de and one on Amazon .fr. Is it safe to ship these items or will I be waiting 90 days to receive payment?
I already have a new account up and running, so shall I just leave this account and list on the new one?

The items were likely reserved and pending payment / shipment before your suspension. This is normal and I experienced the same thing.
