Intellectual Property Rights Infringement - competitor
 

I just received an IP take down.

1)the email address points to a recent godaddy registered domain. The domain isnt even the real companies name, but just similar, and the register used domain proxy to hide their info.

I would bet money this is a competitor. I've had no issues selling this product or this brand.

Is there anyway I can get Amazon to see this? It is too damn easy for anyone to file a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ report.

I purchased a bunch of these at bestbuy on clearance so I dont have invoices. I literally have over 100 of these and am screwed now.....
I dont really think this is the brand/manufacturer who did this IP claim.

You can try but Amazon will not listen to you and they will keep sending you same message contact right owner even though it's ••••

Sucks Amazon is this way. I wonder if this is a bot gone wrong. It was me and another mega seller(most likely a distributor...mega seller with over 900 of these(and other items from the same brand) instock), and I was actually $5 more then him and we both got hit. now no one has the listing, just amazon warehouse used. Mega seller was FBA.

Is it still 1 or 2 of these and your done? My account is 4 years old and this is my first complaint.

It's depending, but I don't think that you will withstand on more than 3 of those. Did you try to contact the owner?

I am going too, but let it cool down. who registers a domain that is a parked at godaddy with domainbyproxy info? I am hoping the email will bounce and that will give me a stronger leg to stand on with amazon saying this is a ⊗⊗⊗⊗ complaint, we'll see. hoping the scammer screwed up.

It is diff not the manufacturer/brand.

Is this a normal response? I dont like the word "appeal", as in I appealed a suspension.. I assume it would say retracted??

Yes this is right email, they send this one right owner withdraw the complaint
