Withdrawal of IP complaint

Hey guys,

Hope everyone is in full swing for Q4, I got a IP complaint on a account last week and the company that filed it retracted it last friday. Does anyone have any idea on how long it takes for amazon to take action on this? i sent an appeal on saturday night and they came back and said it hadnt been removed from the account just yet.

FYI, ive seen the retraction email.

Few hours after sending emails to them, ask the company to send email again.

Im getting confirmation in the morning that it was sent again to another address. Did you get an email saying it was removed? once removed was the suspension lifted?

Yes once they remove complaint Amazon notify both of you, you don't need to submit plan as long as right owner withdraw complaint, account automatically restore upon restraction

IT took about a month for amazon to get around lifting it for me
