New Business, New Account Method
 

Evening Guys,

I have seen quite a few people do basically another method of Stealth, setting up a new business with say a family member as a director and so are they and then the amazon account is 100% in the other persons name.

Has anyone her done this method? Any tips for doing this?

If I recall correctly, Amazon wants to know everyone who is involved in the company (and if they are politically exposed).

So by you going in with someone else, your details still need to be included as well as your family members. A quick check on any public company database would give away who's who in a company anyway since its public information.

...Unless you mean you won't be in on the company, it's basically like using someone else's Amazon.

Everything i've said is true for Amazon UK and Companies incorporated in the UK. I would presume its similar for Ireland, and other EU countries - but not 100%.

Yeah, im looking at setting up UK company, accountant will be director and it will be under another name apart from mine and the accountants office address. Providing Docs shouldnt be a problem.

Yes no problem at all, all they need id for the directors, proof of addrss and bank statement for the account on Amazon
