Buying and returning things on amazon.com when living in a different country
I am German but I found a good offer for a zotac 1060 6gb amp on amazon.com (instead of amazon.de in germany):
1. I want to buy these products (and maybe more) with a German credit card. Would that work? Could the be any problems?
2. Also, what about returning items? Could there be any Problems except high sending costs?
3. In the Return policy of amazon.com it says the following under "Seller Return Policy":
"If you are sending the item within the United States and the order is valued at $100 or more, insure the shipment for the value of the merchandise and ship your return with a signature shipping service. Items valued over $35 must be returned to the seller with a trackable shipping service. For items below $35, we suggest USPS delivery confirmation service. If a package doesn't arrive and you don't use a trackable method to return or if you refuse the shipment as a method of return, we may not be able to cover you under the A-to-z Guarantee."
Well, what if you live in Germany? Is it just the same there? Also, in general, I couldn't find a detailed page about returning items on the german amazon.de. As it's actually the same company, does the page on amazon.com apply to every country?
