Amazon ca nightmare
 

one of my friend sell on amazon ca, recently he got 3 A to Z claims where tracking says delivered but they still refunded to buyer and case went against him, now his defect rate is over 3% which is really high.

how to get this removed?
appealed also rejected since they said no proof of delivery,

I advised him to get cheap stuff and sell at cost price to increase your order this will reduce the defect rate but he dont know what to sell.

anyone know any fast selling item so he sell them quickly

Canada Post is a pain in the ass when it comes to imports, even the old soviet postal system was better.

Haha I based in uk can't you see my flag maybe check before you post I can do fba through Canada or any other country but how to fulfil by seller orders? If you know how do share

Go to the post office ind the UK, give them your parcel with Canadian address on it, pay, wait 4 the magic. Welcome to 2017.

I can do this from Thailand why wouldnt't you from the UK? Having said that Canada post nowdays is complete sh$t handling incoming international shipments so canada is not a place i sell anymore

Indeed they are. Getting worse every day.

If a customer asks how long it will take I tell them that optimistic scenario would be 2 month. Also send them this link.

Good link...can be helpful to show to canadian buyers so that they know what a crappy post they have...but the article makes it appear as if the problem started on june 2017...which is not true...the problems with canada poss started much earlier than that...i can trace this back at least a couple of years back when they stopped tracking incoming registered mail...since then every thing went downhill

If you also ship from thailand you might have noticed that australia post has also stopped tracking incoming shipments...but it is a far better post there as items do not take more than 1 month to ship into...you can also get tracking updates from australia post if you contact them directly in their facebook...but doing the same with canada will not work

Great tip, thank you. I have had a few issues with AU buyers recently but not as many as with CA. It looks to me like simply the article is from June 2017. I have seen this going on for a few years. Actually got banned off amazon ca once for this but somehow managed to reinstate.

If that is Canadas way of protecting their home market, I'd say they do it pretty efficient lol

Issue is not with Canada post if you read post properly it's the AZ Canada who are useless even item says delivered they still refund the buyer.

All I was asking anyone one for any tip to sell any cheap item so orders can be increased this will drop the defect rate

3 % is ok, the account should be fine.
