Amazon account health risky?

Hi

long storey sort a customer opened a A-Z on Amazon DE, as I have only sold one item via fulfilled by merchant my defect rate is 100%.

I have sold many items across the whole account ,FR,IT,ES and UK using FBA and they are fine.

Should I prepare for for my DE selling privileges to be removed ? has this happened to anyone before ?

First I'd try to satisfy the customer and ask him to take back the A-Z.

Secondly I guess you'll keep selling on AMZ De so the defect rate should decrease pretty fast.

Third. Don't think they're gonna kick you off just now...

Yeah I spoke to the customer and they admitted they were a bit brash with the A-Z, they have now left me positive feedback for the transaction. However, the A-Z claims is still affecting my defect rate.
