Stealth Account Selling Non-Flagged Items From Suspended Account
 

I recently got my Amazon account suspended for restricted products.

I just created a stealth account and I plan to sell a few products from my suspended account that were not flagged as restricted.

For each product, I plan to completely rebrand and create new listings with new UPCs. I plan to use different titles, descriptions, pictures, etc. and slowly introduce each product over time. I will also make sure that I collect sufficient seller and product reviews. These are all private label products - other sellers sell similar items but with different brands. Both accounts (suspended and stealth) were created in the same city - different IP address, MAC address, everything.

Will this strategy work? Will it raise any red flags?

Do I still need to maintain a 10:1 ratio if I want to sell old products under a different UPC/listing?

@OP, your ideas for experimentation MAY work - only testing can confirm. You do have the right approach but can never be 100% sure with Amazon

This practice is a bit slow, you can sell old products UPC listing, but you need to add a large number of new UPC products. The ratio is 1:10 above absolute safety.

To clarify, the items I plan on selling again were not flagged as restricted by Amazon. Only specific items in my suspended account were restricted and removed. I don't plan to sell these again.

Question is - even though the products I plan on reselling again were not flagged/restricted by Amazon, are all items in my previous account considered restricted since the whole account was suspended?

Are you able to appeal the suspension with purchase invoices to get products/account reinstated?

That is what I would do before moving onto another account

Unfortunately not - Amazon flagged me a few times for a few products and I ignored the warnings.

Once an account gets suspended, are all products under that account flagged? Or only the ones identified as restricted?

Pull up the email and find the emails from amazon that are requesting invoices, if you find those you should be able to reply to them with proper invoices -- that is the cheapest /easiest solution to resolve the issues you're having
