CC Billing Address

If Amazon charges a CC and the billing address does not match, is Amazon simply given a "No Match" error or is Amazon able to clearly see CC's billing address?

For example, say you have a CC with a suspended billing address. You change the billing address but it never propagates. Amazon charges the card. Do they see the suspended billing address or are they just given a "No Match" error?

They can only see the address/card that you provide them with

They cannot see the true billing address of a card if you never tell them that address
