Hello,
We are reviewing your Amazon.com seller account. During our review, you will not be able to sell on Amazon.com.
Please ship any open orders. If you have funds in your account, they will be available after any amounts paid for A-to-z claims or chargebacks on your orders have been deducted. This usually takes about 90 days, but funds may be held longer.
You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please send an email to payments-funds@amazon.com.
Please provide the following documents and confirm there is a valid credit card on file:
--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. |

There's no way around a account review unless you pay off an insider at the Seller performance team.
But in reality, the only way around it is to give them what they ask. For in the message:
--Utility bill with name and address visible
--Business license, if applicable
--If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days. |

Re: Is there any way around a account review on a new account? It’s very common now. It used to be only a few accounts experienced this request, but just like two step, it seems to be required now on all stores. |

Maybe it will last up to January, and then it will end. |
Re: Is there any way around a account review on a new account? Very likely theory!
I think they jacked up security for that reason as well |

I hope the extra requirement will go away in Jan., and then I will start making accounts.
If the requirement is here to stay, I will be very upset! |
| ScottieBoi | 12-15-2017 12:26 PM | Re: Is there any way around a account review on a new account? If you submitted docs and didn't receive a response, it's probably bad news. This happened to me around 7 months ago. I created an account, submitted docs, but never heard back. I messaged and messaged them, but never got a response at all. I figured they didn't like my docs and have moved on |
| Jineric | 12-16-2017 04:56 AM | Re: Is there any way around a account review on a new account? Ok, so I am about to open my first stealth account and ran in to this thread. An account review is inevitable. It should happen within the first 28 days right? Should I be worried and wait until holiday season is over to open my account though?
Also, Amazon asks for a utility bill, business license, and documents issued from suppliers. What did you guys do for this?
Because this is a stealth account I cannot use my actual utility bill since they have my name and address from my banned account. I am using a family members name for the stealth account and can provide a utility bill with the address but the name wont be the same. Will this work against me?
I'm kind of screwed regarding the documents from suppliers. My previous and only account to this date was banned because I made an account before I was ready to sell. When I got suspended, their reason was that I had no listing and they wanted to make sure I was a legitimate seller. There was a few emails sent back and forth with my appeal in which I provided them with attachments of my invoices for the shipment that was currently on its way to me. I got banned but they still have that information. I do have new documents from my broker that they never received (once my shipment arrived) but I feel like the previous invoice I sent might be enough to get me flagged. Should I risk it and send them the new documents?
I know these are a lot of questions. I'm just a little worried and trying to be cautious. I would be grateful to hear from personal experiences regarding this. Thanks in advance for any help! |

Re: Is there any way around a account review on a new account? If a false invoice is submitted to Amazon, will the Amazon check if it is authentic or not to supplier? | | All times are GMT -5. The time now is 09:48 PM. | |
