weird email from Amazon?
 

today i received this email on my new stealth account:

Maintaining a trusted marketplace for buyers and sellers is our top priority. Before you can start Selling on Amazon, we ask that you go through a document verification and review process. Any existing listings for your account will appear on Amazon following review and approval of your account.

I clicked on the link and it goes to the add product page in stead of some verification page as they said. I tried to contact seller support with no luck. Anyone experienced this?

They occasionally send links that don't work. If you need to verify your account you will see the requirements on the seller home page. You can ignore that email for the most part.

i went to seller home page and see my account is still active, i went to the notification but did not see any notices at all. I tried to list an item and it does not show up on Amazon Market Search although it's active in the inventory list. Whats going on? What are their requirement docs to verify the account?

Sounds like a glitch on your account which does happen every now and then

It seems they want you to verify but a glitch is keeping that verification page from showing up on your seller home page

I would reach out to seller-performance or through the Amazon seller help button and email support through there

They should be able to fix that problem for you
