Amazon EU account verification
 

Hi,
My years old Amazon EU account was requested by Amazon to submitted bank statements business certificate etc... I gave them every documents back in July,
Ever since then, this notification has been there for 7 months:

"Thank you for providing us the required information. Your account is being verified, and we will get back to you if we require additional information."

They did sent me a message requesting the information on all the account user's name and address afterwards.

I'm wondering if I should move on to a new account already. Does this verification process take forever?

They have been still charging seller fees every month even when the account is being verified, I felt like I need to do something as I've been paying seller fee for nothing for half a year now

Account is real or stleath ? It's suspended or can you still sell?

Something they did not like on your account send email to Jeff if they still not restore then account is gone
