i need help with National ID and Bank Statement for my stealth account.
 

I have sent them the *creative* scanned of the Passport in JPEG and the Bank Statement in PDF but they still reject the documents.

What did they say when they rejected the documents?

Any further creativity with the Passport you already gave them will not work. They wills see this as your passport. Likely the information does not match what your stealth account says or the documents given were poor quality.

You will likely have to start again.

so, can i use the driver license next time included the passport merge in a jpeg file and bank statement in pdf in my next account?

they just said "we reviewed the account and decide that you may not sell on Amazon.com..." the first time i uploaded the documents. I scanned them with high resolution and every details matched my stealth information on Amazon.

This is the kiss of death. Best bet is to move on to a new account. Something you are doing is your stealth practices are linking you to a past suspended account.

so, the national ID scanned is JPG or JPEG and the Bank statement is PDF? Correct me if i'm wrong please, thank you.

I don't know, when i scan it, the scanner ask me to choose PDF, PNG , JPG or JPEG . It's my first time scanning document. Any advice which type is better so i can choose?

save a jpg and run batchpurifier on it to get rid of exif data. That acct is toast if they made a decision for you not being able to sell tho.
