Seller suspension?
 

To preface, I'm sure we've all had situations where "wholesalers" which sell to you wholesale also are sellers themselves on Amazon, competing directly against you on the products they provide to you. I'm sure everyone agrees that this is a sleazy business practice. So- if Amazon is going to allow this, which they shouldn't, why not get these sellers booted? If anyone has some effective, straightforward ways of doing this feel free to PM me.

I wouldn't consider it sleezy... Its just business.

They're selling their products on Amazon and to you, and you're selling their products as well

Not sure why this is a problem. I have a wholesaler more like a manufacturer who sells their own brand and they are on amazon too. i dropship from them directly. Their retail products are priced around $90 but their wholsale price is $35. When new products are out they add them to amazon catalog and i list under it. Not an issue so far

This is very common, and there is no way talking your supplier out of the competition.
