To what extent is it 100% safe
to create a new store on a PC
previously used and suspended
more that was formatted
with new windons?:pout:

Good question from what I've been reading from the guide and this forum you just need to reformat.

I have Windows 10 on my laptop that I just reformatted read on here that it's not a good operating system for being stealth I believe XP is preferred.

I have read here that if you create a new user account on your computer and don't use the same IP everything should be ok.

You need to reinstall Windows and make sure new ip

Is this the same for ebay? I'd really like to use one laptop instead of having to carry a separate laptop for my stealth account.

A new user on a Pc has already been used on Amazon
is suspended with certainty by own experience

Google Chrome and Firefox are no longer compatible with Windows XP

A while back I had to change the hardware when I wanted to come back to Amazon.
SO I'm a little paranoid myself.

My view is taht Amazon is a long term business that takes real skills to operate and be successful, so that being said, I personally prefer to just get a new dedicated laptop for my amazon. But that's me.

After reformatting and installing windows 10 is it ok to set up windows 10 with the same user account you used before or should you create a new one?

You're carrying around an extra laptop for a stealth account? Why would you need to carry it around? Either way, you just need a separate user account for different accounts. No reason to have multiple computers

Don't spread wrong infrosmtion, Amazon system is really advance and they can still link with user accounts,
For Amazon require clean Windows and new user account

Not false info. We are talking about eBay. But, you are correct. With Amazon, you would want a new Windows install or VM
