We took this action because our we found that multiple shipments contained recurring errors. We found that your shipping packages contained fewer quantities from what was expected, resulting in shipments with shortages which were later reimbursed.

As a result of these violations against FBA policy, your account has been temporarily suspended.

Sounds like your plan would be to get your (stuff) together. No one can guarantee a plan of action if you're doing business wrong. What do you really want anyone to do for you?

I can buy your old success plan of action in which was same problem. (without guarantee :) )

reason is in inattention shipping manager who sent less quantity of items.
we had big turn over on holidays and high traffic of items.

If this is your first time with that suspension, and your account is in good standing/metrics outside of this issue, a well written appeal addressing/fixing the issues you were having should get you reinstated

They want to read that you have taken the proper steps to fixing this problem and that it won't happen again

Stop calling it a problem. Call it "my mistake" instead.

Change your attitude. Your old attitude, if conveyed in the appeal latter, will not be received by AMZ positively.
