Suspended account 'eligible for reinstatement'

Amazon a few weeks ago suspended my account. After some mind numbing back and forth communication went dark for over a week. I called just now and the lady said my account was 'eligible for reinstatement' but for whatever reason it has not been done yet. She said she would escalate it to a '911' case to get them to do this. Has anyone ever heard of a situation like this before?

Escalating the case is good~ keep an eye on it you may get lucky :)

interesting you say that because most people say not to 'bother' seller support. however, i have been waiting for 2 weeks now. hopefully i get it back tmrw.
