VCC solution for Amazon Germany needed urgently
 

Hi guys,

I urgently need a VCC solution for Amazon Germany. I bought one here in the Marketplace, which I was assured would work with Amazon Germany, unfortunately it did not. Amazon accepted the card at first, but then my account showed a negative balance of 0,19€. Since KYC was already done and the account was fully verified, but no products had been listed or sold so far, I contacted seller service why there was a negative balance in my account. They told me, that they were unable to charge my card with the test amount of 0,19€. So while they accepted it at first, it fell through when they tried to finally charge it.

The account is now blocked until I provide them with a new VCC. I tried adding the card again, but of course it does not work any more. Guess it is blacklisted. I also tried to list a product and sell it fast to get rid of the negative balance and maybe then try to add the card again, but they do not let me list any product until the negative balance is cleared.

So I know that the VCC stuff is tricky and I do not except anybody to provide me any info for free, so if anybody is able to sell me a VCC that works or point me in the right direction I will of course pay for this info.

It would really be a waste of resources, if Id lost this account because of a VCC issue.

I have tried two times now. He even gave me an replacement card, but Amazon is unable to charge them, so my beautifully created stealth account is limited now with no solution at hand, because there is no valid and chargeable credit card on file.

Anybody else with solutions?

Hi,

yes, I have tried that. A few times actually. It "semi"works for a while, but every time Amazon actually tries to charge the card it is rejected.

so you haven't made any sales yet and amz tries to deduct the monthly fees?

You could always add your own debit or credit... works well with mismatching info

No, it is not about the monthly fees. It is about a test charge in the amount of 0,19€ which shows up in my seller account as a negative balance, as I mentioned in my post earlier.

Amazon seller support told me, that they were unable to deduct these fees and now there is the negative balance. I am also unable to sell anything because they deem the card invalid and dont let me sell.

@elmo Yep, I know, but I am really trying to avoid that, because I dont want to have the account linked to myself in any way. I guess there should be some kind of solution out there for German accounts.

You need to contact the seller where you purchased the card he will add balance or replace the card for you

No other solution only seller can resolve this

I think so too... Usually VCCs are loaded with about 5 bucks or something so the test charge goes through.

Its not about that. Ignas already promised me a refund. Card was rejected although enough balance on the card, so I was looking for another solution.

If you added a bank account to withdraw isn't the account already linked to you in some way?

I don't see the issue with adding your own card with mismatching info

Dude, seriously? Whats with the agressive tone? A forum is a place to ask for help. Besides that you are clearly missing the point.

I just stated that I do not want to use my own creditcard in my own name. Elmo pointed out, that it does not really matter, because I have already linked a bank account in my name. I then said that I have a way of avoiding that, so I am still looking for a VCC solution.

Thats all! I am asking for help because I need it, not because I want to bother anybody.

Only the card seller able to help, seems like his cards giving you problem and I don't recommend to use new card on that account batter to create new account with new vcc

Anyway, I solved the problem by myself and account is running smoothly.

Was using the VCC purchased here in the forum?
