Competitor suspends my account on Amazon.

When I sold toys at the FBA program, I received several threatening letters that I'm taking BuyBox from another seller.

After a few days received a suspend of my account.
Received a complaint on 4 orders purchased in one day.
Complaint Type: Inauthentic.

I know who did it.
How can I punish the one seller who did this?
How can I block his account?
Does someone offer such services?
What would you advise to do in my situation?

amazon very strict about about inauthentic complaints, one single comaint from buyer amazon block the asin even buyer is making wrong complaint they take very seriously so 4 complaints off course account bloc

I'm actually pretty impressed by your competitor - he/she knows how to play the game hard.

You should communicate with him/her - we don't really openly discuss tit for tat here...who knows, maybe your competitor is on this forum

This made me laugh so hard. I see items on Amazon with 2 star rating and tens of reviews stating the item is inauthentic. All of these listings are up and running and business is as usual!!

I think Trump was right when he said:

"Everything in life is luck".

They are most likely providing invoices to show they are authentic

Even if they have complaints they can list them for sale if they are approved for the products by amazon

Absolutely not. The prices of the items being sold is way below the average price of an original product.

Rsot has an obsession with having the highest post count on the forum, so he often posts vague short one-line comments without reading the context of the post.

Provide invoices that prove the legitimacy. Also email Jeffs team to report the BS claim of inauthentic. They can manually investigate the false reports and, if they find evidence it was a smear job, they can take action.
