The best way to remove feedback and reviews is to get the customers real email address and contact them directly to resolve the issue and you can even offer some incentive to accommodate for their inconvenience, once the customer is happy they will do anything you ask.

If you email the customer through the amazon system they might caught you, that's why you need the customers real email address.

There is no way to get the real email address of the customer unless someone works for Amazon and does something shady.

Best way is to 'properly' offer them a discount or refund.

If you are really desperate to get it removed then call them and talk to them. I've done this before. Note: this IS against Amazon's policy. So deny if you are accused.

Otherwise, reply to the comment with something useful. Then move on.

Check the marketplace, pretty sure some people offer it. I've had luck messaging the buyers, and reporting the feedback to amazon, sometimes the system automatically removes it when you report.
