Buying an Amazon Pro Account

Hi, I am in the process of buying an Amazon pro account (thanks Elmo). I sell software and I have been using individual account for years. However, individual accounts are a real pain for software.

For example, many retail listings are blocked and I have to work hard to find listings that will let me sell. Also, there seems to be a lot of pre approval issues with OEM software, which I will not sell on an individual account because it can get you in trouble.

I want to know what are the advantages of the pro account? Not talking about the $.99, but more along the lines of:

- does it let me sell in more software categories?...ie Will more Microsoft listings be available to me because I am using a pro account?

- are these accounts safer than individual accounts? For example, are they less likely to come under review, especially early in the account

Software category is a danger - before you plan to sell, make sure you understand that niche very very well otherwise your account might get canned ultra-quick
