Default Would Amazon be o.k with this?

If I and 3 of my relatives (we all live in the same city) are to open 3 Amazon accounts, would AZ be o.k with that?

All accounts will be selling in the same categories and all account holders will share the same last name. For sure, all stealth procedures will be followed and from a technical point of view, the accounts will belong to 3 different entities.

I am worried about other sellers noticing that the owners of these accounts have something in common, that is the same last name. If these accounts get reported to AZ, do you think they will take action?

The accounts will definitely belong to different legal entities, each account with its own address and bank account...etc

What do you think about this?

But does that really make any sense at all? I mean if I register an account with Amazon, my relatives are automatically banned from selling their simply because they share the same last name with me?!!

EDIT:

I just read on Amazon.com that is a policy violation to have multiple seller account in the same region that share the same back account for example, but I think they mean multiple accounts per a legal entity.

In the case I mentioned above, we are talking about different people registering accounts with Amazon who happen to share the same last name!

Anyway, looking forward to hear what people here have to say on this issue

just think this way, there are a lot of people in the same city with same last name that sell in the same category ( only 1 or 2 same items ). Amazon won't suspended all of the accounts base on these information. They Link the account via more unique ways such as behaviors, flash, font, etc....

All of these accounts will be at some point ID-verified and thus there will be no doubt that the accounts belong to different people.

I was asking if Amazon would be o.k with the idea that 3 relatives are selling in the same categories. I could only find their policy on multiple seller accounts by 1 individual.

3 relatives = 3 different people. They are OK with that because there's so many different people sell in the same category.

Yes this will be fine, unless you use some kind of unique identifier, they will not link you from a 'maybe'.

There is no need here to utilize any stealth procedures as you guys are not breaking any of Amazon's policies. It is true that the geographical distance between accounts is noted and the ratio of unique to exact match ASINs are considered, however, these small factors alone will not get you suspended. There are 28 different factors Amazon considers when it comes to related accounts. As somebody mentioned above, browser data and credit card information are much stronger signs that they would consider taking action on. You are good.
