Amazon Trapping Inventory In Account

Amazon released my funds and a few thousand units out of my suspended account. There is still 900 units stuck in the account. The units have now been reserved for over 6 months. Any advice on getting the units out of the account?

I've had the same issue. I have a few hundred units in "pending" status since Nov 2017. I made several cases with Amazon but they have not got anywhere yet. Very frustrating.

Welcome to the forums OP. Might want to try shooting an e-mail to that jeff e-mail that is floating around the forums - Amazon is notorious for shunning off suspended sellers.

Are you kidding me? That is unreal. I hate to break it to you guys, but there is a very strong chance that they were disposed of. That being said, it is imperative that your accounts are reconciled to account for every unit. If they disposed of your units, you will be reimbursed what your average selling price was less FBA fess or "fair market value."
