Scam buyer - Amazon does nothing about it?
 

So any of you who list relatively high valued items who MF would surely have had a scam message from a buyer called Anthony Smith based in Manchester UK. They message you from accounts under the name of Seller support pretending to be Amazon giving you order details. They target mainly new accounts hoping to fool new sellers.

Why are Amazon allowing this to happen? It wouldn't be too much work for them to flag these messages or even account created under names that are obviously there to scam. The person doing it must be having success and it's easy to link back to the same person as it's always the same name and delivery address!

I got a few on ebay, not amazon years ago, begging for goods, not pretending to be CS though.... saying stuff like they were an ex-soldier who had hit hard times blahdiblah and could I send goods and they would pay as soon as they arrived....so sent him an anonymous envelope full of turds....


anyway just report it or make the address show up, saying what the scam is, somewhere public that will be picked up by google....
