Buyer Claim denied and later return an empty package.

Buyer claim was denied. Then he requested a return on Amazon and i Accept it. Today i received an empty package returned from the buyer. What should i do? Can Amazon ask me to refund the order? How should i present if they ask me to?

If the loss is small enough just take the loss and write off the *******

If its worth a review, then try to prove the weight of the shipment box by the carrier was much less than your product weighs

Too many scammer on AZ send photos of the package you received to Amazon and they will review this,

As elmo said if it's small amount then just refund it

Yeah, that'll be your word against theirs. Doesn't matter what the shipping weight was. I can put an 8 lbs label on an empty box and ship it
