Account is under review. Metrics are fine i go the bad feedback removed. Have around 20 feedback 90+ postive. Other people aren't leaving feedback. We had to cancel some order. Are we screwed is the account savable? Please help!

While you are waiting, generate a 365 negative & neutral feedback report. Go through it, isolate the ones that are qualified to be removed and then open up cases (1 per feedback) asking them to be removed and what your reason is.
