FCC certification

Hi guys. When you ship electronic devices from China to Amazon FBA how you deal with FCC certification? Your supplier always provides FCC to you? How mandatory is this?

It is the factories' responsibility to get FCC cert. If they don't have it, the products are not compliant and they should not be sold in US. If you get caught at customs, the products are forfeited.
