From an account linking by Amz pov shouldnt be an issue so long as you set up correctly (log in to link each Amz seperately via your vpn for initial setup).
Issue i had was they insisit on printing your return address on the labels. In my particular niche i know there are plenty of "hobby" sellers with way too much time on their hands. They love doing their test purchases and this would allow them to link the accounts.
