Does anyone know anyone selling US VCC all the sellers I contacted in the buying section all responded that their VCC's don't work. Please PM me if you have information about VCC or even advice on how to get over the credit card verification.

Its very hard to find a reliable VCC that works for Amazon stores.

Your best bet is to continue to search the aspkin forums marketplace for sellers

OR

Add your own debit/credit to the amazon store, mismatching names/billing works most of the time. Make sure its a card you've never used in anyway with amazon.com etc
