To corporate or not to corporate?
 

Hello!

I'm sort of new in this game in creating stealth accounts.

Can I open up a new amazon account registered as a sole proprietorship and link the banking details to have funds transferred to a corporation (this corporation is linked to another amazon account)?

Also, I live in Canada, would this be a problem for tax purposes?

No you can't

They will link you using bank account

You can't use any info previously used on Amazon

Hmm, what I meant to say was - would I be able to link NEW banking details (another business with a new checking account #) to my new amazon account (business registration address does not match new bank info) without being linked?

Also, would this be a problem for tax purposes?

The transfer will work fine 99% of the time.

Tax reporting is a separate issue, and has nothing to do with stealth. Report your income, regardless whether the income is generated under real/stealth names.

If the accounts details ate not used before then it's ok to use

For tax issue you need to speak with accountant

Seriously, if this is the upper limit of your understanding, you need to find a professional advisor.

To start with, the word is 'incorporate' and it has nothing to do at all with your question.

Secondly, the advice The transfer will work fine 99% of the time. may be true, but if the info has been used before they'll kill your accounts. Then it will work 0% of the time.

Thirdly, taxes aren't relevant to the question in any way. If you make a profit, you pay taxes, that's true anywhere in the world. Which account the money goes into is irrelevant.

aspkin has added a tax advice area in the forum but it seems the vast majority of the people on this forum evade taxes and would offer horrific advice all in all.

If I wanted to open up a new stealth account - I guess it would be less expensive by registering a sole proprietorship business with Amazon rather than registering a entirely new corporation?

might be cheaper out of pocket but it sure as heck will cost you with the IRS....... no matter what you add 15% in self employment taxes.

Your in canada ,register as it.I highly doubt most here are even paying taxes
