What does 24hr cookie mean?
 
On amazon forums they use this term. What does this mean and why is it a bad thing.

Amazon changed the 'cookie' last year from the usual 30 day or longer to 24 hours. It's to do with affiliate marketing,revenue & that's why people complain. They might not get paid....not that it's a bad cookie but just it allows amazon more control......

The Biggest Problem With Amazon Affiliate Program

This gives some info. It's not a 'bad' cookie like we worry about with ebay
if that is your concern. Just a cunning trick by a big company.:cheer:
