Amazon Stole Funds
 

Amazon suspended my account 8 months ago for forged manipulated documents on a real document with my real account information. I hired 2 appeal services and amazon denied every appeal even though I had a credit card statement to prove it. Now they are not responding.


Amazon funds said they are investigating my funds 2 months ago and no reply. How do I get the money back? Is there a special lawyer for this? Anyone ever get their stolen funds from amazon?

They have been doing this to god knows how many sellers.

You might have to go to arbitration if they are holding a lot of your money.

Did he actually forge documents? The way he words it, maybe he didn't but they suspected it? He said it was a real document on a real account?

If it's a lot of money and you had legit docs and they are keeping funds, small claims or local courts (depending on the amount you could file in Federal) and go from there.

The document is real where did you read that it was not? Everything submitted in the account is 100% legit. Yet the funds were still stolen.

May I ask what triggered the suspension? What sort of docs triggered the suspension?

For example, were you a healthy seller looking to get in to a gated category and they requested an invoice?

Or was it a different situation?

since suspension, how long has it been? You satate 8 months and two months. What one is it? 90 days is the standard hold and the next scheduled distribution, you get paid.

Please read what I wrote.

1) All documents in the account are 100% real NOT forged.
2) the funds are held for 8 months
3) payments-funds responded 2 months ago that they are investigating.

I spoke to an attorney. There is $8k in the account and it will cost at least $7k for arbitration. Any other options? What about a legal letter?


The invoices submitted are 100% legit. They should not be able to steal like this

Sue them if u had real details and doc then why u worried??? They will pay all legal fees

contact your state attorney generals office, report amazon. Once they contact amazon they will loosen up......

the problem is......if you contact the attorney generals office, the name on the account better be your name......this tactic only works its your account and you sent in all legitimate documents that can be proved in court.....

if its someone elses account under another name.....your kind of SOL.....because selling items under another name on Amazon sounds close to fraud and when trying to fight something like this in court it will make you look bad.

Your attorney isn’t going to seek damages for the loss of the account and attorney fees, in addition to the actual held funds? That’s a joke, talk to someone else.

You asserted otherwise that amazon thought the documents did not meet their standards.


Specially what documents did you submit?

What area of goods were your items?

There may be things you can do before using an attorney.

Could we please gave some more info.

I have now written the state attorneys general office.

I cannot seek damages for the loss of the account. Amazon can terminate the account for no reason. I can only seek reimbursement for the funds.

Does anyone have a template I can send to jeff daily?

If anyone knows a good attorney for Amazon. I would appreciate their contact information.
