From what I've heard, in recent months, Amazon has gotten very strict on VCCs.

Apart from using personal cards what are people doing for the credit card issue?

Are there any VCC's working?

Also interested. Its almost like a secret recipe others may be wary to share because if too many start using / abusing it will get blacklisted as well so many are hush-hush.

The issue with amazon VCCs is they get blacklisted fairly quickly when they become publicly shared. That is why you'll have a hard time finding a working one. I'm only aware of 1 gift card that currently works in the USA, but there could be others. I don't personally release any VCCs to avoid them from getting backlisted

Your easiest option is to search the aspkin marketplace for a seller, or use one of your legit debit/credit cards with mismatching information as the billing information.

Still few cards are working but recently many many blacklisted by AZ

You'd be very luck to see people disclosing working VCC's due to working ones being very hard to come by

Can someone educate me on this please as I do not currently sell on Amazon. I might do in the future though.

I thought the house number and postcode/zipcode of the debit/credit card Billing Address had to match with the stealth details of the Amazon Account?

Never quite got my head round this.

And what about the name on the cc? If use my CC on a Stealth account, would the mismatched name be an issue?

Does Amazon also confirm the address of the credit card?

There are banks that offer one time VCC number that is directly linked to your main card to make payments online. That can possibly be used to verify.
