Can't Login (wrong password)
Hello,
I signed up to amazon around 2 months ago. And right after that they suspended my account and was asking me to provide some documents, which are:
1. Utility bill with name and address visible
2. Business license, if applicable
3. If you have active listings, include copies of invoices, receipts, contracts or delivery orders from your supplier issued in the last 90 days.
after i submitted those documents amazon said my documents were not enough to prove my identity and so they ask me again to provide some other documents which are:
1. -- Update the [placeholder for field name] in Seller Central ( hxxps://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/...t-information/) and let us know by replying to this email.
2. -- Provide the documents outlined in the Registration section of Seller Central ( hxxps://sellercentral.amazon.com/hz/...quest/register). You will need to upload all of the documents requested, even those we have already verified.
2. a. 1 document proving national identity
2. b. 1 bank account statement
I have submitted all those documents but after i submitted my ID card and bank account statement, i've never heard anything back from amazon. I also ask them from the contact form many times but got no answer from amazon. And last week i tried to log in to my account and it says "There was a problem. Your password is incorrect." but my password and username were right.
Please kindly help.
