suspended late shipment..
 

Does amazon hold your funds for 90 days? I was suspended for late shipment...I did not have to appeal, only confirm to the late shipment terms and agree not to let it happen again, and they reinstated me..

30mins later, my funds are unavailable. how do unavailable funds work? I can not afford for them to hold 90days, i'll have to move to ebay. Do they just hold two weeks back, etc?




*Notice* Amazon performance tried calling me, but since I did not pick up they instantly suspended me. Stupid B, everything else is perfect but I missed one night of shipments..I wonder if I had picked up if I could of talked myself out of it..if you think its coming, have your phone handy!

Just got this email:

Should be easy to get it back.

Be clear that it is entirely your fault. Blame the fault on some emergency (IF it is a one-time shipping delay). Give at least three points to describe preventive measures.

Do not be afraid of exaggerating a bit (e.g. hiring a full-time guy to take care of shipping, so that when emergency happens the orders will still be shipped on time).
