Fighting AMAZON shipping SCAM

I received 5 non-receiving claims one day yesterday from AMAZON buyers, they all show delivered as USPS tracking. I know these are liars, they just want to get stuff from AMAZON for free.

I recently had 1 AZ claim, buyer refused to sing the package at the time of delivery, and ask post office to delay the redelivery for 2 weeks, then turn back to AMAZON, file AZ claim - non-receiving item. I need to respond in 3 days, so AMAZON finally refund the buyer ($100). But today, the buyer went to local post office to recliam the package and signed for it after received AMAZON's full refund credited from my account. Of course, I apeal the AZ claim .....

These nonsense claims diappear for a period of time, but now resurface.

I an planning to order some cusom made small labels, saying "return to sender right away if no signature could be attained", put this on the package that I send out using signature confirmation so I can get back my package if recipient refuse to signe for it, instead letting USPS hold the package for a preiod of time allowing SCAM buyers to reclaim the package after getting refund from AMAZON.

Do you guys think this is a good practice ?

Any reommendation is welcomed ...

That wouldn't hurt at all. You should talk with your local post office too about this.
Each USPS does things differently and each of their employee doesn't always do what's in their books.

I hope your sales is WAY higher than the claims you got though.

What did the seller support team say about this? I'm only guessing from my personal experience that they are utterly useless?

Thank you ... I will definitely check with my local post office.
And I wouldn't bother checking with AMAZON seller support, it's no doubt a waste of time .

That's a helluva scam. I assume your items are over the price that requires signature?
I dunno why Amazon would refund if the item is listed as "at post office awaiting pick up" because at that point it is essentially delivered. That's a terrible loophole. I'm sorry.

That said, USPS holds packages usually for 14 days before they return them to sender. I believe that is a company policy.

Look at this, this is what AMZ reply ..
"We have reviewed the buyer's claim and the information you provided for order 1xx-000xxxx-XXXXXX. You are responsible for the claim because the tracking information does not prove that the merchandise was delivered to the buyer’s shipping address."

What does that mean ? I mean the buyer SIGNED for the package !!!! Exactly the same name !!!!

Yes, this buyer claim the package at his local post office, so that is not the shipping address in the order .....

Oh, my god! I know AMAZON, it's just the Scammer's heaven !

I am sorry for you.
Did the buyer use a real address?
Have you contacted the buyer's local post office to tell them this buyer is a scammer?

Can you appeal it? Have you filed a safe-t claim if you cant appeal it? If the tracking shows picked up, just be short and sweat and to the point

I would love to know how to resolve this once and for all with amazon and ebay buyers. Seems like they have been doing this for a long time as they know both ebay and amazon always side with the buyer.

I do think your idea on the sticker is good but I would check with the post office. It may conflict with their policies. But - perhaps you could try UPS or FedEx?

for amazon package has to be signature at delivery

for ebay normal tracking works fine they may ask you proof of shipping where they can confirm the address

Yes, I agree
But the thing is, AMAZON Scammers will refuse the package if sent by signature confirmation, or claim non-receiving if no signature required.
Either way, sellers lose.

I am now trying the other way, do not sell to NY and FL states, trying to exclude orders from NY, FL, but looks like AMAZON is not allowing sellers to do this.

Oh, really, I never try FBA though.
Can you share yoyr experience ?
If I go FBA, how does AMAZON handle non-receving issue ?
Does AMAZON send another set totally at AMAZON's cost ?

Re: Fighting AMAZON shipping SCAM

well if you not used FBA then you missed alot!!

FBA will increase your sale your orders will be 3 times more
anything lost amazon will reimburse you after 45 days

when customer claim item not received even if it says delivered amazon will issue refund to customer and take money from your account, if the item is not returned back to amazon warehouse in 45 days they will give you money after taking their fees etc if its returned then it will be back in your inventory

no defect rate
-ve feedback 90% removed by AZ

its much much batter

If you do FBA, Amazon will take care of things like this and you are completely covered.

It is a higher standard than FBM, so you really have to be accurate with your items and descriptions, weight, dimension, etc.

However that being said, it's really worth it if you plan on making it big on amazon and you are taking your AZ business seriously
