Does the address need to match for amazon stealth pro seller account? What about individual account?

Do gift cards work anymore?

Some prepaid cards work. Very few though

You don't need the address to match the card on Amazon

Try adding your own debit/credit, with mismatching billing and seeing if it works

Make sure that card # has never been used on amazon before, otherwise you will link yourself up
