Please help trying to get verified on UK Amazon

Hi,
I really need some help. Its my first time creating a UK Amazon Stealth account and i sent them my ID, Bank statement and after that they have sent me the email. Whats the best way to get verified from this email they sent me? im creating a UK professional account and they are asking what legal entity i am so im kinda confused. Any help will be appreciated
