Can this be fixed

You currently may not sell on Amazon because we received complaints about items listed at the end of this email. These items did not accurately match the condition or description of the product mentioned in your product listings on the product detail page. Funds will not be transferred to you but will stay in your seller account while we work with you to address this issue.

To sell on Amazon again, please send the following information to pq-product-review@amazon.com:

A plan that explains:
-- The issue that caused the complaint
-- Steps you have taken to resolve the complaint
-- Details on how you will prevent similar complaints in the future

Here are a few things that you may consider as you work on resolving this issue:
--Sourcing: Are you sourcing the product from a trusted supplier?
--Listing: Is the product accurately described on Amazon? Have you ensured that there is no ambiguity and the customer is well informed? Do your photos represent the product well?
--Packaging: Is the product in the same packaging as listed on Amazon?
-- Shipping: Have you taken all appropriate steps and quality checks to ensure that the product is stored, packed, and shipped appropriately?

Please review your communications from buyers to better understand the issues. Be as specific as possible in your plan. Do not limit your plan to issues with specific orders. Get help creating your plan in Seller Central Help: (https://sellercentral.amazon.com/gp/help/200370560).

We will review your plan and decide if you may sell on Amazon again. If you do not send an acceptable plan within 17 days, or after two unsuccessful appeals (whichever occurs sooner), we may not allow you to sell on Amazon.

You can see your balance and settlement information in the Payments section of Seller Central. If you have questions about those, please write to payments-funds@amazon.com.

Damn, they are asking for a lot.

Start giving them what they want from you in full detail. Start there then let us know what they do after that.

This is actually a VERY simple appeal.

Just answer what they ask:

Quote:

A plan that explains:

Very simple. One or more customers complained about your product. This complaint could be in the form of:

A product review.
Seller Feedback.
An email.
A Return.

Check all of the above, in detail, thoroughly, for each and every ASIN that Amazon listed in their email. Read EVERY product review, every return, etc until you find ALL the complaints. Then go from there and answer the questions.

SUPER simple.

Example: If the customer left a 2 star review stating that the product was not as advertised because the Super Awesome Gadget is supposed to come with 5 different settings and the customer only received 3 settings, detail why it occurred and how you will prevent it from occurring in the future. IDK what your product is or what the issue is exactly but you can figure it out and go from there.

If you want more detail, you're going to have to tell me exactly what went wrong. You can PM me the info if you don't want to share publicly.

I won't write your appeal for you, but I can give you some quick tips.
